Spot trading, settled against real balances
The exchange exists so custody customers can convert between assets — not to maximise the number of ways you can lose money. That shapes everything below.
Spot only
Buy and sell settled in full, from funds you actually hold. Your maximum loss is what you spent — never more.
Transparent order book
Limit and market orders on a single order book. No dark pools, no payment for order flow, no preferential routing.
Published fees
A single fee schedule you can read before trading. If the fee structure changes, you are notified before it applies to you.
Custody-integrated
Balances never leave custody to trade. There is no separate “trading wallet” holding your assets somewhere warmer.
Abuse monitoring
Wash-trading, spoofing and self-dealing are monitored and acted on. A fair book matters more than reported volume.
Honest market data
Prices, volumes and history exactly as they occurred. No painted candles, no synthetic volume.
What we do not offer — on purpose
Some products are engineered to transfer money from impatient customers to the house. You will not find them here:
- No leverage or margin. Borrowed exposure turns volatility into liquidation. Retail leveraged crypto trading loses money with remarkable consistency.
- No derivatives or perpetuals. Funding rates and forced liquidations are how retail accounts die.
- No yield on custody. “Earn” products require lending your assets to someone. History shows how that ends.
- No token listings for hire. Assets are listed on assessment, not on payment.
If these absences frustrate you, we are probably not your platform — and that is a fine outcome for both of us.
Fee principle. One published fee schedule, visible before you trade, applied identically to everyone. No hidden spread, no “zero-fee” games recovered through worse execution. The current schedule is published inside the platform and provided before account opening.
Settlement. Trades settle immediately against custodied balances. You can only trade what is actually credited — pending deposits cannot be traded, so a chain reorganisation can never unwind a trade.
